From the engineer that designs the custom solutions to the operator building the Druck sensor, we as a collective company are proud that more than 400,000 Druck pressure sensors currently operate on board aircraft around the world.  Druck sensors are installed on all major commercial airframes, with 70% of operational widebody aircraft using our technologies across an array of applications. Check out one of our news articles.

Druck offers program support for the life of the equipment, including a robust requirements management process, model-based design, finite element analysis, circuit simulation, High Accelerated Life Testing (HALT), in-house rapid prototyping, additive material options, high vibration design solutions, and pressure cycling and rate testing.  We also support customers with in-service investigations to help establish root cause corrective action (RCCA) with use of our non-destructive screening processes and utilize ESS as part of the production process to increase MTBF performance.

The refreshed PDCR 300 Test sensor encompasses a further 11 pressure ranges, capturing low pressure barometric ranges up to high pressures for use in applications such as hydraulic monitoring. This now provides a complete range of rigorously tested ‘small form’ pressure sensors, suitable for all ground and flight-testing applications within both the Aerospace and wider markets.

The NG3000 is a true analogue offering that is ideal for today’s Aerospace market, where reliability and performance is increasing, and operating temperatures are paramount.

The NG3000 has been designed with our customers’ needs at the center. You can fully customize the product via our simple online configurator tool, rapidly reducing the enquiry process. The prime applications include Engine and Test.

Hydraulic systems are the life blood to the airframe, providing primary flight controls, whilst also ensuring safe landing, braking, and thrust reverse.

Hydraulic pressure sensors include high pressure quad, general hydraulic applications, and high-pressure differential products.

The Environmental Control System (ECS) provides air supply, thermal control and cabin pressurization for the crew and passengers. Maintaining a safe and comfortable cabin environment is a key function of our sensors.

ECS pressure sensors include emergency oxygen and air management products.

Fuel consumption and fuel level is monitored by our pressure sensors, whilst also providing monitoring of the fuel inerting system.

Fuel pressure sensors include fuel metering and OBIGGS monitoring products.

The Auxiliary Power Unit (APU) provides essential functionality to the airframe, both when grounded and in-flight when called upon. Our sensors ensure routine ground safety checks can be completed, whilst also providing measurement data for safe and efficient operation.

APU pressure sensors include low pressure differential and combined absolute and differential products.

Our sensors enable the power plants to function safely and efficiently, measuring key parameters, oil, and fuel. They are also used for health monitoring and for critical engine control.

Engine pressure sensors include fuel differential, engine monitoring, and oil pressure differential products.

The Air Data Computer (ADC/ADM) determines the calibrated airspeed, Mach number and altitude. Our sensors are an essential component in providing this data directly to the pilot.

ADC/ADM pressure sensors include TERPS (with electronics) and TERPS (in body tube) products.

We provide test sensors to meet the needs of all OEMs. We provide solutions that are suitable for both ground and flight test, offering both catalogue and bespoke designs.

Test pressure sensors include 3700 series, D300 test, D300 miniature, ADROIT6000, and UNIK5000 products.
